How do you verify allergy information?
We check publicly available menus, contact venues directly, and review allergen policies. Every claim is backed by at least one cited source, and we show the date each listing was last checked.
What food allergies do you cover?
We cover the 14 major allergens recognised by EU and UK food law, plus additional allergens relevant to other regions. Our allergy card generator supports customised allergen selections.
Is the information on this site medical advice?
No. We provide factual, evidence-based information to help you plan. Always confirm allergen policies directly with the venue and consult your doctor for medical guidance.
How often is the information updated?
We re-check high-traffic listings monthly and all others at least quarterly. Every page shows its last-checked date so you know how current the information is.
Can I suggest a venue to add?

Yes. Our allergy card generator is completely free to use. You can create printable cards in over 50 languages with customisable allergen selections.
